Dental Clinic: Monday 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Tuesday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. East Texas Community Health Services, Inc. provides comprehensive primary health care for the underprivileged and medically underserved of Nacogdoches and surrounding counties. Services include general medicine, pediatrics (including Medicaid Texas Health Steps Exam), family planning, gynecological services, immunizations, internal medicine, minor surgery, adolescent health services, adult health services, primary care oral health services, geriatric health services, laboratory, health education and nutrition, limited pharmacy, referrals for x-ray and sub-specialty care and other services. Translation services are available for patients. Family practice. Immunizations and Class D pharmacy. Dental services: exams, extractions, cleaning, restoration (fillings). All persons are eligible, regardless of insurance. Screening process. Call to schedule an appointment. Complete paperwork upon arrival. Discounted fee computed on income and family size. A minimum fee payment is required of all patients. Medicare, Medicaid and other insurance accepted.
