Fulton County Health Department Aldredge Health Center Dental Clinic State Funded Rehab

Fulton County Department of Health and Wellness offers dental services to eligible children and adolescents ages 1 through 12th grade who are FultonCounty residents.

These services include, but are not limited to:

Cleanings (once every 6 months)
Complete examinations (ages 3 and up)
Well Baby Exams (under 3 years of age)
X-Rays
Cleanings (once every 6 months)
Fillings
Sealants (ages 3-17, 1st and 2nd molars)
Extractions
As well as limited:
stainless steel crowns
space maintainers
emergency dental care

We accept all forms of Medicaid and PeachCare for Kids. For children who do not have Medicaid or private insurance, county of residence, family size and total family income will be used to determine eligibility. Eligible clients will pay a registration fee to receive services for a six month period.

Adults

Adult Dental Program offers basic dental services in our new state-of-the-art dental Clinic at Neighborhood Union Health Center. All adult residents of Fulton County are eligible for dental care. Fees are based upon income and a sliding scale. Fees range from 20% of the full fee to 100% of the fee. Out of county residents are charged the full fee for services.

Adult Dental Services include:

Examinations and X-Rays
Cleanings
Fillings (silver and tooth colored)
Root Canals (front teeth only)
Extractions (no wisdom teeth)
Referrals
and Emergency dental care (clients are advised to call at 8:30am -8:45am.)

Adult Dental Services are available Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Staff will be available on Fridays to make appointments only. We accept all forms of Medicaid. For procedures not covered by Medicaid, the client is expected to pay.

Most services require an appointment, which can be made over the phone or at the front desk of the clinic. This way we can ensure quality care to all our clients. To schedule an appointment, please call the Neighborhood Union Health Center at 404 612 9344. Clients needing emergency dental care should call Monday through Thursday between 8:30 am and 8:45 am on the morning of the day they would like to come in. The staff will make every effort to work emergency patients into the daily schedule. Calling ahead helps us to plan for your visit. We do not encourage walk-ins.
