Cleveland Avenue Dental Clinic State Funded Rehab

Dental Health is a major problem in our county. Many families and individuals do not realize the importance of a healthy oral environment. Our goal at Cleveland Avenue Dental Center is to educate all patients on healthy teeth and gums before its too late providing quality dental services, in a family setting to everyone who comes in!

Our office welcomes families and individuals to our practice. We enjoy improving oral health as well as our patients' overall health. The Cleveland Avenue Dental Center team offers quality dental services for all ages. Our services include:
Regular Checkups

It is important to have your dental team examine your teeth once every six months. It is especially important for children to come in early to become familiar with the dental office and procedures. Our office will educate you on how to properly care for your teeth and your children's teeth as well. The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry states that children should see a dentist when they get their first tooth and not later than 1 year of age.
Cleanings

Plaque (the soft film over your teeth) can be removed by brushing and flossing daily. It is important to visit your Hygienist every six months to remove tartar build-up from your teeth. If tartar remains on your teeth, you may develop a condition known as Periodontal Disease. Your Dentist or Hygienist will fully explain this disease and how to keep it from developing.
Restoring Decayed Teeth

Preserving your natural teeth is our goal! Leaving teeth unrestored and decayed will eventually cause loss of a tooth and other conditions such as infection in your body. We want our patients to have a healthy smile! We offer tooth colored and silver fillings, crowns and bridges; and root canals on front teeth.
Replacing Missing Teeth

Tooth loss effects your health by not enableing you to eat properly, speech and possibly your self esteem. Our office offers dentures, partials and bridges. We use quality materials from a respectable lab. Our goal is to make our patient completely satisfyied with their replacement of missing teeth.

Remember to brush after each meal and floss daily! It only take 24 hours for the bacteria from plaque to begin the process of making a cavity! Other bacteria will cause gingivitis (gums bleed, become red and puffy). If gingivitis is left untreated, you may develop periodontitis. Periodontitis is a condition in where the bacteria has invaded the roots and bone that hold your teeth in place resulting in tooth mobility and possibly loss of a tooth or many teeth!

Call our office today and schedule an appointment to begin a path to healthy mouth! We currently accept Medicaid, Health Choice and Ameritas insurance. We also accept private paying individuals. We look forward to seeing you soon!
