Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., by appointment only.
Services: Comprehensive exams/cleanings, crowns, porcelain veneers, emergency treatment, fillings, full and partial dentures, implants (single tooth and for dentures), nightguards/grinding therapy, periodontal (gum) treatment, root canal treatment, sealants, fluoride treatments, simple extractions, sleep apnea/snoring therapy and tooth whitening/bleaching.
Patient Eligibility: No criteria
Fees: Medical Assistance and state-funded insurance plans, including Gateway and AmeriHealth Mercy, are accepted. Delta Dental also is accepted. Patients will be responsible for any deductibles, co-pays and/or other fees specified by their plan. Other private insurances - Patients will be responsible for paying the difference between the clinic fees and what their insurance plan pays.
