Appointments Patients are seen on an appointment and walk-in basis. Please call during regular business hours to schedule an appointment. Appointment Cancellation If you cannot keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Fees and Payments Payment is expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Bay Clinic accepts checks, cash, Visa/Mastercard, private insurance and Medicaid/Quest. Please remember that no insurance company covers all dental costs. It is your responsibility to pay any deductible or any other balance not paid by your insurance company. With private insurance, please be prepared to pay your copay at each visit. For individuals that do not have dental insurance, fee assistance is available.
